I know Amazon doesn’t make it easy.

The key is this: When you are on the film page, scroll down and select “Details” NOT “Related” - That will allow you to click “Rate this video” on the right side of the screen.

 You need an account with Amazon to review, and you need to have watched the film there. And you need to do it on your computer, not your phone.
